What Johnny Depp just did for "Rango," Kathryn Beaumont did for Disney's "Alice in Wonderland" back in 1950

Rango, Which is told to be ILM's First Full Length Animated Film, is going to be really special. By the way the film has been made, we understand that it is performance capture but of a different sort... Wait Did I say Performance Capture? Its not that its motion captured or something but seems like the Director of "Pirates of Carribean" wanted Depp and other artists to stage perform the whole film with sound. Which gives awesome acting video reference footage to animators and super natural detailed sound effects.
The same process was followed by Walt Disney while making Alice in Wonderland. You must check some great video reference disney recorded to make the film.

Though thinking about making a 'Top Ten' list of tips on making ur animation looks super awesome is not like a practical idea. But still I feel that these 10 can be some very important points to have in your animation.
Some great points like breaking ur shot into important portions/phrases, or Muting the dialogue and others.
